smile!

A smart leader I was working with last week shared a simple but great insight – Nobody buys from a grouch! 

Makes sense doesn’t it?  It made me realize how critical it is to be happy (and if you’re not fake it!) to be successful.  I listened to a great TED talk about the benefits of SMILING.  I always felt this to be true but then learned that their is data that backs up the benefits.  

For example you will be more confident as well as appear to be more competent.
